Parasol through Briefclick Solutions can offer a web-based client case-tracking system that is completely integrated with Solcase or Visualfiles. Websites can be bespoken to your exact requirements and can include online instruction forms for clients, agents or brokers and an online quotation service too.

Solcase or Visualfiles Online is not required nor is Simlog, Visualfiles Exchange or Data Warehousing. It is possible to use any version of Solcase 7 or Visualfiles.

Your case-tracking website is hosted externally on secure (SSL) servers provided by Fasthosts, the country's largest webhosting company. You can link to this seemlessly and easily from your existing website. The website holds a separate database of just the information that you want to publish.

There are therefore no expensive hardware requirements, no need for firewalls or DMZs. There is no direct link bewteen the website and your own internal servers, data is pushed yup or pulled down from your end so security is assured.

There are licence fees to pay and only a set-up fee and a small annual hosting charge charge for the site itself. There are no per user or per case charges.

Using Solcase scripting and our specialistexternal scripts data is exported from Solcase "on the fly" and uploaded to the website as often as required. The upload is automated and requires no user intervention. The web updates are integrated with the normal case management steps and no extra work is required to keeop the website updated.

This same scripting technology cab be used to keep other suppliers websites up to date too (eg STARS, Spicerhaart, Simply Conveyancing and Your Move).

Similarly our online instruction forms can be linked to address/postcode lookups for accuate fast completion and imported directly into Solcaseor Visualfiles, without any manual intervention if wished.
